European university students exhibit their work in MULAFEST

MADRID- From Thursday, June 25 Mulafest visitors, one of the most important events of alternative culture during the season summer in Madrid, will see the creations of European University students. The festival of urban trends, which this year celebrates its third edition, will be held at IFEMA until next Sunday, June 29.

 

In this edition, students will present five installations with which the public can interact and which will be located in the areas of access and rest. One will be World Today / Dividing Opinions, one creation consisting of 10,000 newspapers recently published in which viewers can sit and reflect on current social in which we find ourselves. This project was awarded in the contest ι&#948, ARTE recycles 2015 organized by Mulafest. For its part, Black, White & Yellow is an installation consisting of two longboards five times larger than its original size. It proposes a provocation to play instinct and experience on moving surfaces. Also in the rest area Sit-on Bidon, five mobile areas will be found, made by joining four pallets that can move by wheels and that refer to urban life.

 

In the entrance area space will be placed inspired in the classic Tetris game with large-scale pieces that visitors can play with them, under the name of Mulatris. Design of the European University

 

This is the third year that the European University participates in Mulafest. The main objective sought through this collaboration is to be in direct contact with the professional world and keep each year to the forefront of the latest trends.
