Atapuerca. Museo de la Evolucion Humana photographic book – a work in which nature, art and evolution shake hands – is going to be launched tomorrow, Thursday March 1, at 20:00 hours at Madrid’s Casa America (Plaza de Cibeles, 2).
It is a spectacular photographic vision of Atapuerca’s bed and its scenic environment, all of which have been captured in images by photographer Jordi Sarrà. This book accurately reflects everything on Burgos’ Museum on Human Evolution and archaeological sites in the zone. The three co-directors of the excavations and other experts will be giving details on Atapuerca, a one-of-a-kind place in the world.
Also attending Federico Halpern, president of Jesus Serra Foundation, and Javier Vicente, director of the Museum on Human Evolutionand author of the images.
