As if to be even more in tune with the visuality that opens the boulevard of San Rafael, the Collage Habana gallery gives for the holidays of the end of the year a selection of the most recent work of the 2017 National Plastic Arts Award, Eduardo Roca Salazar (Choco).
On the first level, the stamp of the collapses that distinguish it as much as the anthropological sense, also present in the canvases of unimaginable textures and themes sometimes reinterpreted, but always revealing of that tenderness that we all recognize in Choco and of a trade that makes them different every time.
Two installations have also been included in this segment of the exhibition: Los misterios del mar y Matrices, examples of the author's expressive desire; whose climax reaches the sculptures, collage and bronze, arranged on the second level of this installation of the Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets.
In the aforementioned set stand out the one entitled I am looking at you, a piece formed by four heads placed on the same axis, but with differences in each of the eight faces, from the elements that the artist has arranged in their respective matrices.
Meditations and silences is, without a doubt, one of the main proposals of the visual arts that the public can enjoy until next February.
