A meeting spot, a movement created from and for Cultural and Creative Industries to foster the sector’s most innovative projects and ventures. The day before, at 20 hours, we are going to open Normal, the public showcase of the results obtained out of a new edition of El Ranchito – Residencies Program Matadero Madrid - AECID, with the participation of Pachi Giustinian, Lucila Gradín, Hernán Paganini, Ana Clara Soler, Julio Falagán, paula, javiera, kendall, Massimiliano Casu and Carlos Álvarez + Ignacio de Antonio. On that very Friday, and through Sunday, Central de Diseño will be housing REPLIC_AGE, a fair and festival on digital products and design. What if you could manufacture and assemble your cell phone, the component of the vacuum cleaner you need, or perhaps design and produce an automated system in your own house? On Saturday, starting at 1100 hours, the old cold-storage room will open its doors to show Desvelo y traza, the piece that has Spanish-Brazilian artist Sara Ramo transforming the place within the program of Abierto x Obras. Sunday is scheduled to witness the installation of Laboratorio Móvil de Forja by German artist Andreas Rimkus at Plaza Matadero, with a program of workshops and projections to familiarize children and the public with the forge and its capabilities. Furthermore, Un trozo invisible de este mundo and La venus de las pieles are going to be showcased at Naves del Español, an exhibition on Bohumil Hrabal’s life and work at Casa del Lector, bike-riding activities at Fábrica de Ciclistas.
