This month, the 35th Bienal de São Paulo – choreographies of the impossible begins its traveling exhibitions program, but if you haven't seen the exhibition at the Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion in São Paulo or want to remember how it happened, you can now access the exhibition's virtual tour.
You may also take a look back at the last editions of the Bienal on our Google Arts & Culture page. Have a good visit!
Dan Lie, artist of the 35th Bienal, and Natalia Borges Polesso, writer, translator and apocalypse researcher, discuss the work Outres [Others]. The conversation addresses profound reflections on the invisible beings with whom we share the planet Earth, gender issues, death and the transformative role of art. Listen to the fifth episode of our podcast Em obras, the result of a partnership between Bienal and Bulgari, available only in Portuguese.
This Saturday, January 27, the traveling exhibition of the 35th Bienal opens to the public at MAM Rio! The exhibition lands in Rio de Janeiro, where it will remain until April 7, 2024. The opening ceremony will take place the following weekend. In case you are in town, don't miss it!
