In 2025, after 12 years of history, Pinta PArC - Perú Arte Contemporáneo - will be renamed Pinta Lima, the only contemporary art fair in Peru. With this transition, Pinta reaffirms its commitment to positioning Lima as a key hub of Latin American contemporary art, with a fair that continues to stand out for its experimental programming and selective curation of galleries, linking the city’s rich cultural heritage with global contemporary art influences.
This new name reflects Pinta's vision of becoming the leading platform for promoting Latin American art, focusing on the diverse and vibrant artistic scenes of key cities in the region. Pinta Lima is the most attractive cultural event in Peru, connecting artists, collectors, curators, and audiences from around the world.
For the past five years, Pinta Lima has been hosted in the iconic Casa Prado, whose origins date back to the 18th century, in the heart of Miraflores, Lima. This heritage building is a true monument to Peruvian tradition, preserving architectural, furniture, and artistic elements that give the residence a particular charm.
The Pinta Lima edition will feature the NEXT, RADAR, and the Main Section, curated by renowned global curators alongside the special sections Video Project and Special Projects. Additionally, the talks program FORO, will present a series of debates on the artistic practice in Latin America.
