Artist Felix Madrigal, a winner of important cultural awards, today is one of the plastics artists with the vastest work among his countrymen. A recognized sculptor, he also ventures with obvious success into the fields of painting, mural and ceramics.
His imprint has surpassed the limits of the territory of Sancti Spiritus with the sculpture of “Bola de Nieve,” placed in the Historic House Museum of the artist in Guanabacoa; those dedicated to José Martí, which are exhibited in Lagos de Moreno (Mexico), in Berlin (Germany) and in Athens (Greece).
