The best of Art Basel Miami Beach is only a click away

This year, Art Basel is particularly excited to unveil an ambitious new sector called Meridians. Dedicated to artworks challenging the traditional art fair layout, Meridians will feature 34 works including immersive multimedia installations, rarely seen performances, videos, and large-scale paintings by a wide array of historic and contemporary artists. The sector is curated by Magalí Arriola, Director of Mexico City’s Museo Tamayo, and will unfold in the MBCC’s impressive Grand Ballroom – one of the newest additions to the iconic building – with an internal connection to the show floor. Meridians will redefine the way art can be experienced at Art Basel Miami Beach and should not be missed.
 
When planning your visit to the fair, consider booking one of our guided tours. We also highly recommend our Art Kids program, a fun and creative program available to children aged 4 to 12. New this year, Art Kids will be located in the Convention Center’s West Lobby, Level 2.

At the show, we suggest you visit the UBS Art Studio, dedicated this year to #Togetherband in support of the 17 UN Global Sustainability Goals, an initiative supported by artist Shinique Smith who will present work at the booth. Located in the West Lobby, the UBS Art Studio is free of charge.
