Jorge Wellesley- Bourke Marín

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts San Alejandro and the Higher Institute of Arts (ISA), Havana. Professor of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the ISA. Member of Public Interventions Department Project (DPI). His works have been exhibited in Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, Germany and the USA. He has participated in the Salon of Contemporary Cuban Art and in collateral exhibitions to the VII, VIII and X Biennial of Havana. He received the Batiscafo Residence (Triangle Art Trust, Gasworks in England in Havana). His works are in private collections in Cuba, U.S. and Mexico.

At present, he is professor of Sculpture at the Faculty of Plastic Arts, Higher Arts Institute (ISA) Havana, Cuba
