In March 2010 Excelencias Cultural Space of Madrid, on the idea to show the work of new artists, receives the show A Different View. Thirty-three pictures of Miguel A. Romero Muñoz, director of photography of RV Edipress, peculiarly address to the Holy Week in Seville. The details become relevant in this selection of a series of 100 photographs recording an everyday occurrence that for the author has shades of sadness.

To ensure that the images conveyed his vision of the Christian commemoration in this Spanish city, the artist employs digital techniques to partially transform every picture, enhancing the color in some fragments. Thus, each piece invites the viewer to a reflection marked by the exploration of new perspectives. Muñoz proposes a series to which we can not remain indifferent. He shows moments when one sees the combination between tradition and modernity at the heart of a city and a celebration. He plays with this apparent contradiction and find different points of view.

Self-taught freelance photographer, with fifteen years of professional experience, Miguel A. Muñoz has been a photographer for COVER Agency and partner in different travel magazines, which allowed him to travel much of the world. This exhibition was a very important point in his career, in his own words: "In this work I have left my soul. And that is precisely what I feel everyone should see at the images: the soul of a city. They were days of unique experiences, sleeping little and constantly looking for a different image of forever traditions. In the end, the result has been worth it. I think the best work I've done since I started seventeen years ago with a camera to capture details."
